what do you think of my 3-day detox fast?
im drinking lots of water, drinking green, white, and chrysanthemum teas. i just started today and this morning im getting crazy chills. is that normal so soon?
i drank a lot of water and coconut water the day before to prep. i will drink a smoothie if i start to feel too shakey but trying not to eat for three days.
my only worry is going to yoga. do i need to have a smoothie beforehand so i dont faint? a friend gave me some smooth move laxative tea. should i do this as well or will it be too much on my body?
any experiences and tips are helpful.
fasts are actually very beneficial. read up on them and then try again.

i didnt just randomly find this on the internet. fasts have been performed for a very long time. there are plenty of credible doctors who promote fasting.
i assume you want to detoxify your body? first your questions this is not normal to get the chills. so check watever u r taking and secondly this is generally not the way to fast.
i will recommend you to adapt your body first. for that gradually remove the food groups from your diet like one day skip breads next day all proteins, beans, legumes, third day you are on just fruits and vegetables. remove fruits now just boiled vegetables after that if you wish to continue you can have lime water with honey for one day and gradually start adding the food the way you left it.
dnt use laxatives as they will increase weakness in body. just make the body adapt to the change and be slow dnt punish but enjoy it.
